Mentorship
Each resident will be paired with a local leader and practitioner who will help them navigate the unique challenges and questions that arise during this experience. Telos mentors provide a safe and consistent presence for the residents to process life and ministry throughout the duration of the program.
You cannot go on this journey alone! We need all need meaningful and intentional relationships with wise and mature believers who can challenge, encourage, and guide us in life. That is why we pair each Telos resident with a local leader who understands the unique journey of the residency.
As a Telos resident, you will meet weekly or bi-weekly with your mentor to process what you are learning and experiencing in your internship, courses, and residency meetings. These mentoring relationships are safe, confidential spaces for residents to share openly and receive wise counsel and support. Our mentors are thoroughly vetted and hand-picked for each resident in order to provide the best care and counsel possible.
